Still practicing tiled bg’s, it’s too crowded right now, and there’s some sizing issues.

"Among horses, Red Hare. Among men, Lu Bu. Among chickens, Cuckoo."
Hyrule warriors is a fun game. You can even make cuckoos (chickens) hunt you down if you hurt them a bit. Like in most Zelda games. And they will hunt you relentless across the map too if you do.
And I figured we could use a bit more Lu Bu… So… I don’t even know. I just threw it together.

OMG I can’t believe I really got a Chinese message!<33 and your Chinese is cool! thank you for that dear!! QuuuQ

first I draw a draft, then the lines, then colour it, then the shadow, then merge all layers and adjust the colour in PhotoShop.
I also made another process before. hope them to be helpful. :D

Practicing making tiled backgrounds, I’ll make a tutorial later when I make a nice looking one! Haha, this one’s just a 5 minute doodle for proof of concept (it does look kinda cute though…)

If anyone has a bg request I’ll be happy to try it out since I am looking to practice right now :>

This is the manual way but you can also use offset which will do the exact same thing automatically.

I have been looking for easy directions that don’t make me use adobe illustrator! Yeeessss

A few people have asked for another tutorial, so here.

Part 1 of my soon to continue series on printing! Today we look at colour and that oft asked question of “Why do my prints looks so different from the screen what happened”. Next time I’ll be covering DPI and file setups. Do you have any printing questions you want answered?
